Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign As elsewhere, breast cancer is a major health issue in Turkey and Turkish Breast Foundation (MEVA).is concentrated in improving diagnostic methods, especially in raising awareness about early diagnosis, which greatly reduces number of cases.To this end, MEVA’s most recent campaign is the “I’m Aware – I’m Not Afraid” drive. The campaign aims to raise USD 1.5 million through sales of awareness packages to launch a mobile Breast Cancer Scanning Unit that will tour Turkey. The Willard Group has assumed the responsibility of communication and content planning aspect of the campaign, assisting MEVA with media exposure using the right messages, and with identifying and mobilizing key opinion leaders in the society to associate with MEVA’s goals. |
